Dishers on South Street (just down from Crewe Alexandra's Gresty Road ground) now offers an impressive array of pool and snooker tables, several distinct games and drinking areas, affordable beers and lagers, plus a large covered area outside for the smokers. Crewe Alex memorabilia has recently been added to the walls. Not the best looking building on the outside, although improvements are ongoing. Inside, though, it's a warm and welcoming environment. Membership required, which can be completed on the day with appropriate ID.

Used to be a nightclub called Up The Junction. Owner Ken Smith this was one of the venues that was used by the "Comedians" when they were doing the circuits then taken over by 2 Liverpool lads Derek can't remember his second name and Tommy Barton, the manager of the club used to be a person called Phil Hunt.Have quite a few recollections of the old nightclub.
