Oscar's

Update: closed in May 2010. Brewery rebrand/reopened in Autumn 2010 as the Cheese Hall. Another new kid on the block, albeit a name change. What was The Three Lamps (plus the old Cheese Hall) has been refitted (as of August 2008) and is now called Oscar's. Food served across the day (inc breakfast from 9am, Mon-Sat), with stacks of music and events lined up each month. Check out their website here for up-to-date times and dates...

This is one of the nicest pubs you can go into, as soon as you walk in the friendly atmosphere is obvious straight away. The guys that run it make everyone feel welcome and also have a wicked sense of humour. It looks nice inside and you can just chill and relax with your drink which is what you need in crewe.

The trick is to get in b4 half eleven as it's free before then.. Also, if you have a privilege card it's free at any time and they give you 10% off food...
